My new workout is finally here. The Body Beast Workout arrived, and I am so excited to start this one. For the last two years I have been using P90X and Insanity along with a running program to stay in shape. This combination keeps me in great shape, but I am looking to add some size for the winter while I am not competing in any races. I have heard great thing about this video, and I am pumped to get started. This workout is based on the principle of Dynamic Set Training, which is a combination of old and new school bodybuilding techniques. The training has many different variations of sets to get the most out of your workouts! In this workout you will complete single sets, super sets, giant sets, force sets, combo sets, and tempo sets. I am starting this workout tomorrow, so follow my progress and pain, to a bigger stronger me!
