Did you know June 5th is National Running Day? I’m going to celebrate and run 7 miles right after this post. What about you? Come on celebrate with me, tie up your sneakers, play some music through your headphones/pods or listen to your surroundings and go for a run. It’s that simple, no need to get in the car and drive to the gym, try it for 15 minutes or if you can’t run simply walk at a brisker pace. Hey it’s better than doing nothing, right? For those of you who live in the NY Metro area you can’t use weather as an excuse, it’s absolutely perfect out there. You can start today and take your first step in changing yourself for tomorrow.
